The MA 433 Alarms Device, realized in mechanics for rack N3, detects the absence of the power supplies voltages B1 and B2 that are in entry of the sub-rack and it sends the relative alarm both to the DSLAM and to the FAMA network, it picks up the alarms coming from the DSLAM and sends them to the FAMA network, it manages the rack lights and the memorization logic of the alarms.

The MA 433 device is powered by the service voltage of the rack.

The MA 433 must be installed in the sub-rack and mechanically connected to the structure. You can install the device without interrupt the service.

The Teleco MA 433 has the following interfaces:

– Power supply batteries input: B1 and B2.

– Alarms input from DSLAM: IN.

– Alarms output towards DSLAM: OUT.

– Alarms FAMA output: FAMA.

– Alarms output towards Rack: LP Rack.

– Alarms input from Rack: AUX.

– Optical indicators: L1, L2, L3

– Memorization summing up alarm button: MEM. ALL.
